The Antico Ristorante agli Schioppi is situated in the heart of the historic centre of Vicenza, on the corner of the Castello square, just a few minutes from the wonderful Piazza dei Signori square and the Palladiana Basilica.

It is a small but welcoming and characteristic restaurant created from the ancient structure of an inn which dates back to the 1800s.

Service is prompt and attentive at midday, becoming more relaxed and refined in the evening. We offer tasty Venetian style cuisine: the dishes are carefully chosen and all home-made. We change our menu every fifteen days which is greatly influenced by the seasonal local produce but its strength lies in the traditional dishes that are always available, such as: the bigoli, the Veneta style pasta with beans, the tagliolini with black truffles from the Berici Hills, the Vicentina cod and the Venetian style liver.
We prepare personalised menus as well as group menus.
